FAQ

Anonymous URL Shortener FAQ

Dlvrify is built for private short links, anonymous login, and realistic abuse control on public redirects.

How does anonymous login work?

Anonymous users authenticate with a server-generated account code. The code is displayed once and must be saved by the user because only a hashed representation is stored server-side.

What data is logged for redirects?

The redirect engine stores visit telemetry needed for analytics and abuse handling: IP, user agent, referrer, country, city, ASN, browser, OS, device class, and allow-or-block outcomes.

Can this short link platform block abusive traffic?

Yes. Redirect requests can be filtered with IP intelligence, VPN or proxy flags, Tor detection, bogon detection, rate limiting, and explicit IP rules.

Is admin access separate from anonymous users?

Yes. Admins use a separate login system with distinct session records and audit logs.
